APPROVAL OF EXPULSION CASE NO. 12-060

Description
School Board Policy 5.34(4), permits the Board to hold in abeyance, the expulsion of a student, if the student participates in a recognized alternative-to-expulsion program. This student is being placed in Sarasota County Technical Institute.

Recommendation
That Expulsion Case No. 12-060, be held in abeyance per School Board Policy 5.34.
